@KeeleyFox29 As a resident of the neighborhood, this is not the first closure. CVS also closed - both these locations lost inventory and customers due to homeless loitering. This is a nice neighborhood but the city won’t do anything to protect retail and tax paying citizens.

@nickmue35637995 @therealreal Did they clarify what caused the deactivation? I suspect this happened to me too - though I can’t understand why….

@Pruduence @therealreal No response from customer service

[Tara A @tarajbop]

@Pruduence @therealreal No - still no word from customer service on a resolution either.

@therealreal Both your app and website are not allowing me to complete purchases, citing credit card decline. I have tried multiple payment methods and PayPal with no success. It’s even restricting usage of my site credit.

@therealreal @Spinkaqt603 ASAP is misleading. I still haven’t heard back from your customer service which ‘escalated’ my issue a week ago.

@Veronic48272256 @therealreal This is happening to me as well. I can’t even use my store credit. I have not heard back from TRR

@ricksbell @Vanguard_Group @Vanguard_Group your message response times suggest 7-10 days? Do you think this level of service is appropriate?
