@KristinaRex I read your story about a woman getting screwed by StubHub. Please continue to report on this! I contacted StubHub every day for a week leading up to my World Cup game. They assured me there would be no problems. I drove 250 miles & they never delivered my ticket.

Got completely screwed by @StubHub!! Traveled 250 miles to attend a World Cup game in Toronto. There is an issue getting my ticket transferred to the FIFA app so I am unable to get into the game. I've been on the phone with @TeamStubHub for hours. This is completely unacceptable!

@ZnicksZag @StubHub Same thing happened to me!! I don't understand how @StubHub @TeamStubHub can continue selling tickets to the World Cup knowing this can happen to their customers. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable!
