Osteosarcoma in children: Stage I (low-grade, localized, 77% 5-yr survival), Stage II (high-grade, localized, 60%), Stage III (metastatic, 25%). Overall 5-yr survival: 59%.
If you are a parent, as I am, can you not feel this father’s pain as he longs to save his daughter from this devastating cancer?
