@TEnglishSport@BBCSportScot Tbf, there were a few options. All would have done the same job.
"hype lie elsewhere across the continent". Clearly wouldn't get it from BBC Scotland.
"There appears to be a protective force field around the game in this country." or perhaps people don't listen to the negativity
@JosephWhimster Thought he was a decent player and his game is well suited to that league (agree on the glamour too). I wouldn't be surprised if we're getting something from that sell on clause within a couple of years
@AB10_d @adam_richardson@AberdeenFC I'd also be interested to know if everyone at the club is fully onboard with this push for increased capacity or are some of the club pushing against it.
@YeOldeMMRF Couldn't agree more. It's a difficult one I suppose because touts would be the ones charging £661 previously. There must be a better way though. Ticketmaster and Live Nation are a racket
One of the kids (honestly) was desperate to see Taylor Swift in Edinburgh. We all registered but missed out on the initial sale.
I've now had the follow up email telling me tickets are available.
They're all £661.
I'd question that price if it was Elvis and The Beatles.
@DaveyHiggins @HamSanCinema Fair point on the kids. I've called it out and most recently during Guardians 3. It's the look of surprise on their faces that I find funny.
Unless cinemas sort it out then it's going to stop even more people going.
@samuelluckhurst Good to hear. Kermode had hinted at the spectacular nature of set pieces prior to embargo dropping.
Not seen this one yet but the last one was outstanding. Better than any recent Bond film. From Craig spell as Bond, only Casino Royale and Skyfall are worthy of a rewatch.
@brooza664@joel_ca_c@robmanuel Likewise. I loved the original and it's still an excellent film. Numerous standout scenes but can remember next to nothing of the last two.
Of that list I can remember scenes from Force Awakens, Infinity War & Endgame. The rest were all in excess of 90 mins but nothing sticks.
