This phase marks an important step in their development as future leaders, putting into practice the skills required to command a section under pressure, make decisions in the field, and lead their peers through challenging conditions.

The march back from the Glen is a fitting end to a demanding period of training, testing not only fitness and endurance, but resilience, teamwork and determination.
