Why has our broadband speed dropped to 13.6 DL and 4.95 UL @bt_uk ? We had a total drop out yesterday too which was most inconvenient. The router has been rebooted. This is not the guaranteed speed for our contract 😡

Dear @SouthernWater please can we have a total and lasting resolution to the sewage pumping station problems at the bottom of our drive. 10 yrs+ of trouble, took 2 yrs wait to install new pumps and now these have caused big issues. Temp pump caused sewage mains blow in 3 places😡
