Yesterday was #DayOfTheAfricanChild and it's an important moment to appreciate the great progress made in the fight against #malaria!
3 million children have been reached with the malaria vaccine.
250 million children protected with seasonal chemoprevention.
But we need new tools and innovations to make sure all children are protected from the disease. Together we can #EndMalaria!
This campaign was created by our summer intern through 10,000 Black Interns, Regina Chosen.
This World Cup, we're kicking off the #ZeroMalariaFC Dream Team.
From scientists and innovators to sports legends and advocates, powerful voices are coming together behind one goal: ending malaria.
Meet the players joining our squad.
We've come a long way in the fight against #malaria, and today, new tools, new partnerships and renewed commitment are helping move us closer to a world free from this disease.
