When re-examined under High Court supervision, 24 of 25 students passed.

The Mungekar Committee later found the allegations of caste discrimination genuine and well-founded.

The Committee recommended ₹10 lakh compensation for the affected students, suspension of the concerned faculty and administrative staff, and legal action under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against those responsible.

Reservation exists because of Casteism.

Predator Took 13-Year-Old Yasmin to Kedarnath; Girl Dead, Family Alleges Murder

A 24-year-old man, Hemant, allegedly took 13-year-old Yasmin to Kedarnath under the pretext of a religious ritual, with talk of marriage.

While returning, Yasmin fell into a gorge... Hemant survived unharmed. She was brought to Delhi where she died during treatment. His sister later pressured the family to sign documents, deepening suspicion.

The family alleges police took no serious action. They claim had the religions been reversed, authorities would have acted immediately.
