After cancelling, the driver Jeevan Singh started calling and abusing me. This is completely unacceptable behaviour. I have proof of this incident @rapidobikeapp

Very disappointing experience with @rapidobikeapp today.

Booked an auto that showed 1 minute away, but after waiting 5 minutes I called the driver and he said he would arrive in 2 minutes. Even after 15 minutes he still hadn’t arrived, so I cancelled the ride (1/2)

If train is running this late everyday why no steps are being taken I don’t think if an average delay time of every train on this route is somewhere around 1.5 hrs this clone has to have an average delay of around 8-9 Hrs
