@SecCardona Before PSLF can be even looked at DoE has to follow the law to separate JCSLs even w 20+ years service. In the meantime I’m told to wait and required to continue pay unti DoE does there job, because there’s no payment pause for JCSL. @SC_DoUsPart

@SecCardona Except once you are deemed eligible for the PSLF program and transferred to @mohela that’s where it ends ! Still no update on sons PSLF payment count transferred from @Aidvantage 9/8/22 actually no access to payment history! @Mohela is unreachable, UNACCEPTABLE

@SecCardona HELLO! Have you forget about the 776 teachers, nurses and firefighters with FFEL Spousal Consolidation Loans? @POTUS signed the Joint Consolidated Loan Separation Act on Oct 11. It's law of the land. Implement it, or avoid the administrative nightmare and just cancel them.

@SecCardona Again, instead of this just being a one-way information platform, if you could actually take in questions and respond it would be great. As a gig worker working exclusively as an individual contractor for nonprofits it would be really helpful to be included in these programs
