@Uber just why don't you allow changing payment methods after a ride is booked. Don't give excuses about operational efficiency.
If it's operational efficiency, show the payment method to the drivers before they accept.

I decided to cancel my trip booked on https://t.co/Qnr8tEjVdC (via MakeMyTrip). I then get a call from MakeMyTrip that the amount for cancellation of Air India AI-2641 will not be refunded because that flight is not cancelled by the airline.
I am guessing there are thousands of passengers like me who are screwed big time!!!

New system of working hours isn’t new at all, you received multiple warnings from the DGCA, yet you chose to ignore them because profit always comes first for you. In your pursuit of higher margins, you failed to hire the required staff on time, making this crisis inevitable.
Passenger convenience has never been your priority. Profit is the only thing you consistently protect. Unfortunately, we Indians don’t have many alternatives, and so we are the ones forced to suffer the consequences of your negligence.
