Just so everyone knows, @airfrance thinks it’s acceptable that you pay $1,000 for a trans-continental ticket, then assigns you a broken seat that doesn’t recline, arm rests won’t budge, and has a ripped seat cover for 7 hours. Unbelievable. Worst customers service and value,ever

@AskCapitalOne Would've been great to hear via email, Eno or any other C1 notifications after my transfers failed repeatedly. Instead I had to call in after my account was flagged by CB. C1 rep didn't disclose any of this. What are your new standards? I received 0 T&C updates from C1

@AskCapitalOne Just found out C1 banned my ability to transfer MY money to Coinbase, a site of MY choice, because you no longer "support" it. What gives you the right to tell me where I can spend my money?Coinbase alone uses 3 forms of auth + Plaid. Total violation of my rights🤬
