@vueling When we booked you had multiple direct flights London to Paris. Now most are via Barcelona. Is this timetable likely to change or will these be our only options

@vueling We have flights booked London to Paris in Feb. You have changed our morning flight to evening and all alternatives currently go through Barcelona. Now the restrictions for travel to France from the UK are lifted will you be adding the direct flights back?

Months of issues trying to upgrade to Virgin 360. So many phone calls and empty promises. Raised a complaint and it was closed before it was even looked at!! Agent even said can I close this, my answer was no, it’s not resolved and this is the email I get 🤦🏽‍♀️@virginmedia

@virginmedia That’s the number I’ve called multiple times who just shut my complaint after doing nothing to resolve it 🤦🏽‍♀️ The service provided is awful
