3/4 @Iberia send an automated email to say my bag is being sent FROM MADRID today…
even though it never made it to Madrid in the first place and told me that my bag has been in Vienna this whole time.
2/4 @Iberia attempted to send it to my holiday location, but had to tell them again that I was at home. “no worries, we will send it to your home just wait 48 hours, no more than 72, we promise.” 189 hours later I am still waiting on my bag and have definitely been lied to.
1/4Lol @Iberia didn’t even load my luggage onto my plane to Madrid Friday 11th(along with the whole plane) . Online form filled in straight away. Rang on Monday back home and they hadn’t even received my online request!
