And if you add a Schedule it’ll flag itself as ‘due’ on the dates which satisfy the “repeat” criteria.
You can even specify what happens if you “miss” (don’t log it on) the due date.
Reminders (timed notifications) are coming soon too.

With Tasklogue, you only need to add these repeated tasks *one time*, and then just come to the app (or widget if/when I redo that) and tap to log it. Done.
It’ll be there when you come back later today, tomorrow, next week…

As WWDC is starting... Looking forward to feeling compelled to re-redesign and rewrite Tasklogue so here’s a snapshot of the UI as it stands right now — a little broken in places right now 🙃 in the middle of some tweaks and the addition of scheduling repeating tasks 🕓

@shawin @tmgrhm It doesn’t work like that; the tasks stay in the task list, always the same, and can be logged as many times as necessary

I have thought about the tense used tho. Tricky thing because user can make custom tasks so not simple to transform to past tense for the Log items... 🤔

Excited by the improvements to SiriKit in iOS 12!
Siri integration with Tasklogue will be wayyy easier than I anticipated; just create a custom Siri Shortcut for each task you want to be able to log quickly 😄
