🚨🇮🇱🇹🇷 Israeli FM on Turkey's Erdogan: "The dictator who persecutes political opponents, imprisons journalists, massacres Kurds, occupies the territory of Cyprus and backs jihadist groups is now attacking the Middle East’s only democracy."

Turkish President Erdogan:
The genocidal, occupying, expansionist ideology called Zionism threatens not only me, not only our party, not only our alliance—it threatens everyone.
When we struggle against Zionism, we are not waging this struggle for ourselves or for personal reasons.
We are doing it for our own survival and for the survival of our nation.
The Administration's push to sell F-35 fighter aircraft to Turkey raises significant national security concerns.
While Turkey is a NATO ally, President Erdogan has repeatedly taken actions that call into question the country's reliability as a strategic partner. That's why Congress legally prohibited the transfer of F35s to Turkey in the first place.
Given Turkey’s continued posture toward our allies both in Europe and the Middle East, I remain deeply opposed to the sale of one of America’s most advanced military platforms to Turkey and do not believe it is in the best interests of the United States.
Republican opposition to President Trump’s disastrous decision to assist Turkey’s (the #WorstAllyEver) weapons manufacturing is growing. 👏 @RepGusBilirakis@RepHaridopolos@PatronisFL for joint @NMalliotakis in being vocal. Now let’s get that Joint Resolution of Disapproval!

Of course the US Ambassador to Turkey (a total bastard) is congratulating Turkey beating the US last night during the World Cup.
Can’t even congratulate his own home country (USA) over a Muslim country.
We are just so cooked. Aren’t we? Another vetting failure.
Team #USA lost to Turkey yesterday in the #WorldCup. Fortunately, it will nonetheless be able to advance in the competition.
Another loss to Turkey is in prospect – one that may not have a happy outcome. President Trump says he may bring a “big gift” to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the host of NATO’s upcoming summit in Ankara. He reportedly has in mind selling the Turks America’s front-line stealth fighter, the F-35.
Transferring such technology to a nation run by a sharia-supremacist regime deeply tied to Communist China is a formula for compromising sensitive technology and intelligence capabilities.
It’s all the more alarming given Mr. Trump’s disclosure that Turkey was a “prime candidate to go into the war with Iran – maybe on the Iran side.”
The truth is Turkey is an ally no more, and must be treated accordingly.
This is Frank Gaffney.

Turkish President Erdogan has cozied up to Hamas and Putin while threatening our allies Israel, Greece, & Cyprus. Yet, the Trump Administration is happy to sell them advanced engines to power fighter jets.
Erdogan cannot be trusted, this decision must be reversed.

Bravo @NMalliotakis - the reasons 🇹🇷 was kicked out of F35s, the reasons CAATSA sanctions were applied, the reasons Congress has held arms sales are all still operative. In fact, the bill of particulars against Ankara is even longer today.
