@LNER 7.57 Ncl to kings X cancelled. I was happy to pay to upgrade to 1st class on the 8.25 but told you aren’t taking any upgrades, so currently sitting on floor in vestibule for a 3hr 20m journey, whilst looking at all the empty available seats in 1st class. Great service LNER
