@phillsolo Phill, you are merely playing games with words. The bottom line is that Jose the aspiring parliamentarian failed himself dismally. lt may mean he has lost an opportunity of a life time during the Hichilema era/ error in Zambian politics.

@phillsolo Phill, l am not criticising you at all. l am just thinking this young person should be examplory in uprightness he seems to claim in politics- not miss filing deadlines for such an important event. To me, he has demonstrated incompetence and chaos.
