NOW: More immigrants will be deported thanks to everyone here on X who helped spread the story of Swedish 16yo Meya, whose rapist wasn't deported because ”the rape didn’t last long enough”.

In the aftermath of Meya's case, the UN has now updated its guidelines on deportation of "refugees".

From now on, rape is recognized as a serious crime that can justify deportation.

It should never have taken a case like Meya's to make this happen.

This is obviously wrong as in most jurisdictions children born to their citizen are citizens of that country creating a conflict.

NEITHER case contains the phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof", which is why going back to old English common law, which the founders explicitly rejected, is a horrible justification of this ruling.

I suspect we have missed our chance at secure elections and there is probably more disappointment to come. Residing in California is getting more and more difficult to stomach.

@USSupremeCourt; Plaintiffs do not challenge the general practice of absentee voting, the use of the Postal Service or common carrier to transmit ballots, early voting, or the counting and certification of votes after election day. The Court also does not consider the scope of Congress’s authority to regulate federal elections.

How about we start by deporting anyone in the USA on TPS that is receiving government assistance? Those folks are not contributing to society they are a drain and the TEMPORARY free ride is over.

Then we will see our deficit shrink, housing prices decline and our hospitals able to provide services.
