Sure a hub for legal tech apps is cool, but you know what would be really cool?
If it was open to all apps, not just the ones Thomson Reuters owns, creating (1) better apps through competition and (2) fully informed customers.
People feel better with video games because they allow you to escape life, but there are many other ways to do this without virtual reality - sports, meditation, reading, and on and on.
“The problem with a lot of #legaltechnology is that applications are designed around functions rather than processes, which leads to a lack of agility and a lot of friction points...”
Great thoughts from Tim Cummins of @worldcc_
Had some amazing, inspiring conversations at today’s @worldcc_ & @NLawBizTech symposium, & I’m so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate across continents.
In case you missed it: the future of #legaltechnology is huge and so exciting! Even (or especially?) in #COVID19.
It can be hard to remember in the moment, but if you’re working for people who expect you to stay silent or only do what they say, you’re in the wrong place. You have a voice and a right to use it and be heard.
