Yesterday was the state powerlifting meet. I ended up finishing the year with a 1730 total and placed 5th in the state. Thanks to @CoachTyCarter for driving overnight to help. And all the support from everyone this year.

Last but not least, I am proud of our girls state powerlifting qualifier @taylor_brown15 for how she competed at @thswpa girls state two weeks ago. She left it all out there and got a better total than last year!

I am blessed as a coach to have such great kids. Time to recharge!

Very proud of our Katy Powerlifting girls for how they competed today at the Regional meet. They left it all out there and I couldn’t be more proud of how they fought this season.

Sophia Howell finished 4th in the 148s with a total of 785. You did great today! @HOWELL_92706
