@DPartsch Salmon en papillote: wrap a filet in an aluminum foil packet with some cherry/grape tomatoes, basil, EVO, salt and pepper. Steam, roast, or pan-boil (I like roasting the best for 8-10 min). Serve over rice. Easiest salmon ever.
