@AmericanAir recommendation in DM: “We'd advise giving our Customer Relations some time to look into your file, and they'll get back to you directly.” It’s been 11 months. How much longer?
@AmericanAir Saddening having contacted Customer Relations on 6/3/24 and still not hearing back almost a year later. All I want is a refund for my flight that I couldn’t board because my fiancé got mistakenly arrested. He was refunded.
I’m a PhD student. I make $25k a year. Losing this ticket, let alone the pain of the whole experience, had a significant impact in my life. Receiving the refund I deserve wouldn’t change what happened but it would help my circumstances.
I tried to talk to the gate agents before the plane left and they refused to speak to me. I called customer service and they told me to speak to the gate agents, who again refused to engage.
Why should I be punished for choosing not to board the flight? We were going to Greece to celebrate our engagement. Of course I wouldn’t go without him, who would?
@PhilSorrellsTX Please help me. My fiancé is currently wrongly detained at Rikers in NYC for a felony he has not been charged for. I am concerned for his safety. Neither his attorney or judge can find out how to contact the DEA. Please help me
This is a terrific paper and resource for anyone interested in mental health, physiology of stress regulation, breathwork & human performance. Bravo Dr Fincham & colleagues!
