Just wrapped a session that started with a journey map & ended with #sketching a quick #prototype to test with users tomorrow. We moved fast. Some participant quotes:

Last week, I ran a #product roadmapping session that began with defining real present vs ideal future (columns) outputs vs outcomes (rows; h/t @lissijean)

One participant's takeaway: "Thinking about outcomes over outputs...gets to the 'truth' of our efforts much more quickly."

I ran a session on #DesignResearch this morning. One participant's key takeaway was:

"#Prototypes don’t have to be a big, fancy, built-out thing. It can just be a sketch. It doesn't need to be perfect. Realizing that breaks down a lot of barriers to learning."
