@leepnet Give @trycompa a look! We’re building offers intelligence software to help TA teams make more fair and competitive offers, including all forms of comp. Happy to set up a demo!
Our @trycompa co-founder & CTO @malandruccoloj is also an amateur pilot, he shared some amazing insights about how we build software like a flight crew. Great read, check it out!

Part of what fires me up about being part of the Compa team is our bold vision for the future of compensation. I wrote about one element of that future here.

"When we want to brainstorm, we use MURAL, which is essentially a digital whiteboard where we can work together. . .MURAL has become instrumental to our startup team for virtual collaborative ideation." Great piece on founding remotely from @charliejf 👉 https://t.co/F5VQQb6Mly

Looking ahead to planning to run a month-long Innovation Leadership Intensive to kick off the new year.
What kinds of things would be most important and urgent for you as a participant (3x 2-hour group sessions + 4x 1:1 coaching sessions)?
Looking for an infusion of product & strategy in your week? Check out my friend @willborzon's newsletter, Surface Texture. It's a thoughtful and thought-provoking look at trends in design & hardware development. Take a look!

Friends in the Bay Area (and most of US West Coast), more fires, more really unhealthful air quality for the next few days.
If you don't have an air purifier, please consider this DIY design—it costs less than $40 and it really works.
Just wrapped a session that started with a journey map & ended with #sketching a quick #prototype to test with users tomorrow. We moved fast. Some participant quotes:
"Big #ideas CAN come out of short #brainstorming sessions."
"Amazing insights in such a short amount of time."
Last week, I ran a #product roadmapping session that began with defining real present vs ideal future (columns) outputs vs outcomes (rows; h/t @lissijean)
One participant's takeaway: "Thinking about outcomes over outputs...gets to the 'truth' of our efforts much more quickly."
I ran a session on #DesignResearch this morning. One participant's key takeaway was:
"#Prototypes don’t have to be a big, fancy, built-out thing. It can just be a sketch. It doesn't need to be perfect. Realizing that breaks down a lot of barriers to learning."
