You can literally feel in your soul when it’s TIME .. time to move on from people, time to make a change in your life, time to get rid of unhealthy habits, time to want MORE for yourself. At some point you’ll just know..
Choose someone who encourages you to keep growing. A healthy relationship isn't only about loving each other it's about pushing one another toward becoming happier, stronger, and better people every single day.
Real commitment isn’t a chain; it’s a safe harbor. It is knowing that even when the weather changes, the person across from you doesn't switch up their colors.
True love means having someone you don't have to walk on eggshells around. It’s quiet, stable, & feels like haven✨.
Each day I’m learning more and more about experiencing true connection without the chains of expectations or attachments.
So much growth right now.
I’m so grateful for this new journey!!
one of the nicest feelings is to be with someone who genuinely likes you. not only romantically but as a person, they enjoy your company. they listen when you speak, notice your details. being around you feels easy. you never have to wonder if you’re welcome or being tolerated
there is something deeply unsettling about a person who already knows what they need to do but keeps choosing not to. not because they are lazy. not because they don’t care. but because comfort has gotten so familiar to them that it started feeling like home or a place they feel like they belong and that’s the most dangerous place to live.
you already know what to do, you’re just negotiating with comfort. you read the quotes. you watched the videos. you said “this week is different” more times than you can count. and yet here you are. same place. same excuses. same comfort zone. here’s the dangerous part about comfort nobody really talks about. it doesn’t ruin your life in obvious ways. it’s subtle. it shows up as “i’ll start tomorrow”. “just one more day”. “i’m tired today”. i deserve a break”. and little by little you slowly become okay with staying the same. and the worst part? It’s not even lying. you do deserve rest. but there’s a difference between rest and hiding. and deep down, you already know which one you’ve been doing.
there are versions of you that’s capable of far more then you can imagine and they aren’t waiting for the right moment, they’re waiting for you to stop negotiating with fear. the only difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do. so do it tired. do it scared. do it when it’s inconvenient. do the thing you fear cause “what you are afraid to do is a clear indication of the next thing you need to do”. and all that kind of courage you just show will give you something you cannot fake. a quiet confidence. a stillness. the kind that comes from knowing you didn’t negotiate when it got hard.
so just get out of your comfort zone and do it, do it slow, do it tired, and it doesn’t even matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop everything will workout. just start moving and remember your life will begin at the end of your comfort zone.
Stop dating neurodivergent women if you refuse to understand how deeply inconsistency affects them. Mixed signals, emotional unpredictability, and changing expectations aren’t harmless they can be genuinely distressing. Empathy isn’t optional in a healthy relationship.
platonic love is important too. be nice to each other, compliment people, and tell people that you love them. kindness shouldn't be mistaken for flirting, and people deserve to be appreciated.
Sparks = you're instantly attracted
Chemistry = you have a vibe together
Connection = you bond on a physical,
emotional and/or intellectual level
Compatibility = you're aligned on values
and complement each other
I JUST HEARD SOMEONE SAY
"MAYBE YOU DON'T NEED MORE TIME TO HEAL, MAYBE YOU NEED MORE EXPERIENCES THAT SHOW YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM A DIFFERENT REALTY"
AND, YEAH.
friends to lovers is highkey the healthiest and most romantic trope. to know that someone has loved you platonically before they did romantically is just
