@HWickersWriter flight attendant here 🙋🏻‍♀️ most airlines don’t allow infants to sit in their own seat, especially during take off and landing. if the parents want the infant in a seat, they have to be in an aircraft approved car seat

@kemimarie @ineefaa it’s because if there’s a fire, the crew can only put it out if it’s in the cabin, not if it’s in cargo under the plane. ALWAYS, no matter what country you’re in, put anything with a battery in your carry on/personal item (or just the batteries themselves if it’s removable)
