ALL we���re asking for us some kind of resolution, whether it be an engine replacement or even compensation for totaling out the vehicle. Regardless, it’s ludicrous that we aren’t entitled to a rental car AND won’t be reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses we’ve accrued.
