@WestJet Accommodate guests. So far I have been on hold 18 1/2 hours just trying to find out when I might possibly get rebooked on a flight. You are not even talking calls. Your backup plan needs some serious reworking

@WestJet on hold for 8 hours and 20 minutes, since 2:17am, and the call drops. Still have no idea when I fly. I bet they will get out of compensation for all passengers being “Outside out control”. Backup systems should be required. This is foolish

No idea why I still fly with @AirCanada 7am departure from HFX to SFO numerous cancelations and delays only made it to Toronto. Not arriving to SFO till 2356 instead of noon. @aircanada customer service gives me $20 food vouch. Really. 14 hour delay and I get $20....Last time
