So what actually happened in the 1970s that led women to the workforce?
Rachel, it was the end of the gold standard. Nixon eliminated it in 1971, hence the inflation, hence the broken money, hence women needing to work and take care of the family.
The ethos is simple: fix the money, fix the world.

Earlier today, Donald Trump said America could use Bitcoin to pay off the US debt...
When Bitcoin hits $1M:
🇺🇸America owns $328B of Bitcoin
When Bitcoin hits $10M:
🇺🇸America owns $3.28T of Bitcoin
When Bitcoin hits $100M:
🇺🇸America owns $32.8T of Bitcoin
What happens if America were to increase their Bitcoin position to 1M, or even 5M Bitcoins?

Who gets to decide what Bitcoin is allowed to be?
That's the question almost everyone is avoiding.
BIP-110 is only the occasion.
The real debate is about something much older—and much bigger.
It has very little to do with BIP-110 and everything to do with why Bitcoin exists.
Every Bitcoin debate eventually becomes a debate about power.
Not fees. Not blocks. Not inscriptions.
Power.
Who has it?
Who doesn't?
And who should never have it?
I'm exploring these questions in this Sunday's Bitcoin Intelligence Report.

🔥THE ULTIMATE CASE FOR BITCOIN IN 2026🔥
America told the middle class to work hard, save money, buy a house, and retire with dignity.
Then the money melted, housing became a hostage negotiation, groceries turned into luxury goods, and everyone got forced into becoming a part-time macro analyst just to survive.
This video is the case for Bitcoin when everything feels terminally stupid: why hard money matters most when the system gets dumb, expensive, extractive, and spiritually obese:
JUST IN: Metaplanet’s @DylanLeClair just said, "Our long-term goal is to accumulate 1% of the #Bitcoin network and to become a full-stack financial platform domiciled in Japan."
They're planning to buy 169,823 more BTC. 🔥🚀

It's a apparent to me that there is a growing cohort of Bitcoin maxis who've lost sight of two very important truths:
1) Bitcoin can't be controlled by the amount of btc you hold. The guy with 1 satishi is no different to the network than the guy with 1,000,000 btc. Bitcoin does not grant political power based on wealth ownership.
A holder of 1 satoshi cannot be censored because he is small, and a holder of 1 million BTC cannot rewrite the rules because he is large. Ownership and control are deliberately separated. That's one of Bitcoin's most radical departures from nearly every monetary system before it. Wealth concentration can exist, but protocol authority does not automatically follow from it.
2) Bitcoin is for everyone, even those who you consider to be your enemies. Eventually, every nation state, every faction, every corporation, every group, every individual will have and interact with Bitcoin. It's as inevitable as the internet.
The internet did not succeed because only "good" people were allowed to use it. It succeeded because everyone could use it. Friends and enemies. Democracies and dictatorships. Activists and corporations. The protocol itself remained neutral.
