Hard to watch...Maybe one of the worst uses of excessive force I've seen from a police officer, the "suspect" was 71 years old!!!

It starts over a minor traffic stop...

There’s confusion, a language barrier, and things escalate quickly.

Before you know it, the cop throws him to the ground, and it resulted in Lich Vu getting seriously injured.

Lich Vu, did give the officer a small "slap" more like a parent scolding a 2 year old for disrespect and THIS was the officer's response.

Do you think this was justified… or went way too far?

I just keep thinking, what if that was my dad...
