@united trying to prepay for luggage outside of 24 hours of checkin & customer service is telling me that is not an option. Just spent over 2 hours on the phone to be told I cannot prepay for luggage fees for a discount. Absolutely the worst customer service.
@SouthwestAir you have changed my flight schedules for the fourth time in a matter of weeks. Can’t rebook online with incurring the fare difference. Limited seats and I have been on hold for over an hour. Terrible customer service.
@RepublicService . I have called 5 times to get a missed recycling pickup rescheduled, spoken to 5 different customer service reps who told me it was scheduled and still cannot get them to pick up my recycling. Absolute joke in terms of service and accountability. The worst!!!
