The company has said they do not want to let the Russian people down.

@RobbieRinder @sykescottages are refusing to refund our holiday, due to go on Saturday. Cannot rebook until April 2021 at the earliest at inflated prices. The amendment fee that was being waived now being applied again. Awful customer service, just going round in circles, about to lose £1316.

Sykes Cottages are at it again
Firstly they say if you amend your holiday to a future date you have to pay their admin fees for doing this, ours is over £40. they also say we have to pay the extra costs for next years prices another £138 similar dates as this year,!!!!

@piersmorgan @LFC If LFC are claiming the 80% furlough then surely they have shut up shop, and chosen not to play out the season, therefore cant be crowned champions under any circumstances if they have chosen not to play. There choice

The Coronavirus response must surely endorse how much inept our civil servants are in comparison to other countries.
The "Don't rock the boat syndrome" will cost the country many lives whilst still protecting the nepotism rule of law for civil servant opportunities

Be careful of any holidays booked with Sykes Cottages, that are cancelled due to the Corona virus.
They have closed all call centres and contact is only by unanswered emails
However they are still promising to take any outstanding balances regardless of rebooking or not
