SUPREME COURT UPDATE

Respondents (INEC, Tinubu, Shettima and APC) have all filed their Briefs of Argument in response to our Appeal at the Supreme Court.
Their responses were all filed on the 9th of October, 2023.

We will file a reply to them all within 3 days after service.

Also, 2nd and 3rd respondents’ (Tinubu and Shettima’s) counsel filed a preliminary objection. This will also be replied to by the our Legal team.

After these replies, we will be expecting a date for court appearances for the parties involved to hear motions and adopt processes.
