HOLY SH*T
@City_of_Ottumwa in Iowa opened up their most recent city council meeting with a prayer to SATAN.
"Let us pray. Dear dark father... HAIL SATAN"
WTF is wrong with these people???
Tried this after sitting at my desk for 10 hours and my neck/shoulders were screaming.
Literally 8 seconds later the pain just… vanished.
No fancy equipment. No expensive massage. Just a towel.
If you carry tension in your upper traps or wake up with a stiff neck, stop scrolling and try this right now.
Your future self will thank you.
(And yes, I felt stupid for not knowing this earlier.)
Must listen n b aware. Great explanation why we feel those sudden energy attacks, headaches, physically unwell without reason. U didnt even need vax. Its all around, cloud, smart dust etc. Many of us never took vax, i dont even have WiFi at home, no tv. Yet we're sensing those micro waves energy attacks constantly!
Humanity need to wake up. NOW
The purpose of prayer is not to inform God of your circumstances. He is well aware. It’s to surrender your agenda, trust in His sovereignty, and admit he has the ultimate authority of your life.
Wednesday morning last day of September 😊 To everyone who had storms last night I pray you are safe🙏
As we say goodbye to September I am thankful for another day.
🚨 DR. WILLIAM MAKIS SAYS THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT IVERMECTIN DOSING GRAPH HE'S CREATED.
Not a new chemotherapy drug.
Not a breakthrough immunotherapy.
Not a billion-dollar cancer treatment.
Just one simple dosing strategy.
According to Dr. William Makis, this is the dosing framework he believes everyone researching repurposed medicines for cancer should understand first.
And it all starts with one number.
📌 1 mg/kg/day.
Before explaining why, here's the dosing framework Dr. Makis discusses.
📊 The Four Ivermectin Dosing Ranges
🟢 Low Dose: ≤0.5 mg/kg/day
Used for cancers in remission, strong family history, genetic predisposition, prophylaxis, and lower-dose protocols discussed in published case reports.
🟡 Medium Dose: 1.0 mg/kg/day
Dr. Makis' recommended starting dose for most cancers.
🔵 High Dose: 2.0 mg/kg/day
Discussed for very aggressive cancers, including leukaemia, pancreatic cancer, and some brain cancers.
🔴 Very High Dose: ≥2.5 mg/kg/day
Discussed in selected reported cases involving extensive metastatic disease or extremely poor prognosis, where temporary visual side effects have also been reported.
Now here's why Dr. Makis believes 1 mg/kg/day deserves the most attention.
After reviewing laboratory research, published studies, and numerous case reports, he says this is the starting dose he recommends for most cancers.
According to Dr. Makis, research has investigated Ivermectin across a surprisingly wide range of cancers, including:
• Breast cancer
• Colon cancer
• Lung cancer
• Pancreatic cancer
• Kidney (renal cell) cancer
• Gastric cancer
• Leukemia
One exception stood out.
Lymphoma.
Dr. Makis says he has found very little published research involving Ivermectin and lymphoma.
That doesn't mean it doesn't work.
It simply means the evidence is currently limited.
❓What does 1 mg/kg/day actually look like?
For someone weighing 60 kg (132 lbs)...
That's approximately 60 mg of Ivermectin every day.
Equivalent to:
💊 Five 12 mg tablets
OR
💧 About 6 mL of liquid Ivermectin, roughly one teaspoon.
According to Dr. Makis, that's where he recommends starting for many cancers.
Can lower doses still have an effect?
✅ He believes they can.
Dr. Makis discusses a published ovarian cancer case reported by Dr. Tess Lawrie.
The dosing chart lists the patient as receiving 12 mg of Ivermectin per day. During his discussion, Dr. Makis explains that this was approximately 0.2 mg/kg/day, placing it within the chart's Low Dose (≤0.5 mg/kg/day) range.
📉 According to the case report, the patient's CA125 tumor marker reportedly fell from 288 to 22 after two months.
That case is one reason Dr. Makis believes Ivermectin may have anticancer activity even at lower doses.
However...
He also believes the available evidence suggests the effect is dose dependent.
In other words...
Higher doses may produce greater effects, although more clinical research is needed.
What about the most aggressive cancers?
• Pancreatic cancer
• Leukemia
• Brain cancer
For cancers like these, Dr. Makis discusses doses around 2 mg/kg/day in selected situations.
He notes that Ivermectin crosses the blood-brain barrier, although not very efficiently, which is one reason he says higher doses may be considered for some brain cancers.
He also discusses a case reported by Dr. Allan Landrito.
According to Dr. Makis, a physician with terminal gallbladder cancer reportedly took 2 mg/kg/day for 14 months.
He says her cancer eventually disappeared.
She experienced temporary visual side effects that resolved after a few days.
❓How high have reported doses gone?
According to Dr. Makis, he has seen reported doses as high as 2.5 mg/kg/day.
He references patients treated by Dr. Shankara Chetty who reportedly used those doses without long-term side effects, although some experienced temporary visual disturbances that later resolved.
One point Dr. Makis returns to repeatedly...
Long-term use.
He references the Castro study involving children with leukemia who reportedly received Ivermectin for six months without long-term side effects.
He also discusses anecdotal reports of adults taking it daily for more than a year without long-term toxicity.
So why aren't there larger cancer trials?
Dr. Makis believes one of the biggest obstacles is economics.
Because Ivermectin is an off-patent generic medicine, he argues there is little financial incentive to fund large clinical trials.
Whether future research ultimately confirms or challenges these ideas remains to be seen.
But Dr. Makis' message is remarkably simple.
One graph.
One dosing strategy.
One starting point.
📌 1 mg/kg/day.
Because the conversation isn't just about Ivermectin anymore.
It's about whether repurposed drugs deserve the same level of scientific investigation as newer therapies.
🗨️ Do you think inexpensive repurposed medicines like Ivermectin deserve larger, well-designed clinical trials for cancer?

GREENLAND may be much bigger story than national security.
👉🏼 LISTEN to David Wynn Miller - who invented Quantum Syntax Grammar - tell you about WHAT ELSE comes from Greenland that will bake your noodle, but also will help you to make sense why it's so important to the US National Security.
when you're done listening to this, think of all the odd weather we've been experiencing over the last 10 years.
Biblical.
🚨#BREAKING: 80 of 82 new resident doctors hired by Rochester General Hospital are reportedly foreign physicians on H-1B or J-1 visas, with just 2 Americans hired.
The original Smith-Mundt Act, officially the U.S. Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 banned domestic dissemination of its materials.
The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 reversed these standards and legalized media propaganda.
I'm really sick of the media and their propaganda. Media needs to be held accountable for their lies. Americans need truth. Bad things will keep happening to Trump and Elon supporters unless the media is reigned in.
This is all on Obama.
Repeal the Smith Mundt Act. Make this high priority.
Lord Jesus, calm my heart and quiet my mind.
Take away my fear, worry, and anxiety.
Fill me with Your peace, strength, and protection.
Help me trust You and remember that I am never alone.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. ✝️
When you hear “Baptist hospital in Montgomery, Alabama,” is this the residency class you picture?
Broken laws got us to the point where we have a doctor trained at the Government Medical College in Bhavnagar, India leading a residency program where 23/24 residents are foreign med school grads.
Your brain doesn’t know what time it is. Every time you replay that conversation from last year, that mistake from last month, that moment you wish you could take back from yesterday, your brain treats it like it’s happening right now. Same stress chemicals. Same alarm bells. You’re not remembering it. You’re reliving it, on a loop you built yourself.
That's because of two things: your brain doesn't know the difference between what's really happening and what you're just imagining, and neuroplasticity means that your brain automates things that you think about and turns them into programs that it runs without you having to think about them next time.
So, the more you rehearse something from the past or something you're just imagining, the more your brain builds out a reality as if that thing is still here right now.
The ninth Commandment of self brain surgery is, "I must believe that what I'm doing I'm getting better at." That means if you're doing things with your mind that are making your brain better at living in the past or worrying about imaginary outcomes, you're getting better at feeling worse. So knock it off.
Here’s the shift: you can’t edit the past, but you can stop rehearsing it. Every replay is a rehearsal, and your brain gets better at whatever you rehearse. Let's make neuroplasticity work for us and not against us.
We call that self-brain surgery. It's not easy at first, it's hard and holy work. But remember, you get better at whatever you repeatedly do
Philippians 3:13 says it like this: forget what lies behind and strain towards what lies ahead. Not denying it happened, but refusing to keep performing it. There's better stuff in the future, but not if you keep building a brain that lives in the past.
Follow me to connect neuroscience and scripture every day. Save this for the next time your mind hits replay. Share it with someone stuck on a loop.
