This reminds me of the still-in-Beta Quick Pen tool (https://t.co/UmzvMe17Li) — but today, with precision, as a dialog, free. Love the full control over the arcs adn the way it recalculates all values on the fly. And the proper Preview, along with arrow controls, mmm. Loving it!

If you have these, I can share the file with you, but I should warn you the style is a hack :) It works, but the way it works is non-coventional :) I love building these.
