@JustEatUK I ordered from Morrisons yesterday delivery never arrived but courier phoned for DOB saying he'd left the delivery. He didn't and now because I gave DOB I can't get a refund despite showing video evidence of courier with no package. How can I raise complaint?

@WallStreetApes We pay a licence fee for BBC only. There are no adverts on any BBC channels so this is how it’s funded. It covers all BBC programmes regardless of live or streamed but only those streamed through the BBC iplayer. If you have no access to any BBC channels then no licence is needed

@caple Don’t buy Caple goods, they break just over 2 years into use. This seems acceptable to Caple and they won’t fix them. Yes it’s outside warranty (just) but surely goods of this price should last a lot longer than 2 years!

Had a Caple Microwave fitted in July 2022. The screen is now faulty. It seems @caple think that it’s OK that it only lasted until now and that must pay for the repair. Yes it’s out of warranty but for the price the quality should mean it lasts longer than 27 months! #BadQuality

Absolutely terrible driving from an @Ocado driver today.

Out on the horse he was speeding towards us and when asked to slow down he stuck 2 fingers up at us.

Ocado, contact me re this, I have video footage and if I don’t hear back by Monday I’ll be reporting to police.
