@CatalanCapi Depends, if you weren't maintaining a safe stopping distance (not a thing in football) - your fault. Otherwise, the other driver will be cited.
@devinmdRKTA06@sstaedtler8787@herculezg Different impact - football and basketball it is cumulative. Basketball ref could be on the take and you'd have no idea. Football also has enough scoring opportunities that it's hard to say. The nature of soccer though - one or 2 calls have a dramatic game impact
@brwh11@gcooney93 And why should the gk just be limited to the 18 yard box? Should be allowed to carry it the length of the field, clearly that would make the game much better
@Veeq_O@AdamJoseph@premierleague@FA_PGMOL I think the key though is to define blocking. They meant actively impeding. The whole thing is problematic. A defender can just run at any opponent and fall down on contact- blocked. They needed to define what an attacker is allowed to do (maintain their space for starters).
@LuckyKnotai@AlexiLalas How is it a pick play? He established a position on the CK and the goalie tried to run thru him. Goalies getting way too much protection this year. Lukaku got a yellow card in 1st round because he went for a 50/50 ball. Its as ridiculous as girls lacrosse
@soccerkeepmd1@RyneJones7@AlexiLalas This - you aren't impeding the goalkeeper if he runs into you. CKs have become ridiculous anyway with guys literally in wrestling matches before the kick.
@BBattista1@seanmdav I'm not convinced that anything meaningful wouldn't require a constitutional amendment - i guess the model is automatic weapons ban?
