(In 2022, I was told that Person 1 had located the crash retrieval program (again) and brought in Person 2 to see if they could confirm Person 1's findings. I shared that on here.

I would later learn that Person 1 was Jay Stratton and Person 2 was David Grusch. I also shared that.

And I write "again" because Admiral Wilson, apparently, found it in 1997. But it was also allegedly found before that...

Jim Westwood, in Virginia, has come up with new data, looking up archives and inspecting government documents. He’s close to Fred Durant (of the old Robertson panel) and his contemporaries. He’s uncovered a third official trail into the secret UFO project through Charles Bowsher, Comptroller General of the United States under President Reagan from 1981 to 1996. [Bowsher] may be one of the four “iron posts” beyond [Jack] Sheehan and [Admiral] Wilson.

Bowsher found a crashed UFO program during a massive audit of classified projects: “Less than a handful of officials knew about it.” In the period 1984-85, Bowsher uncovered a bizarre special access program coverup which surely violated every classification, executive order, regulation, and Congressional rule.

They contemplated turning it over to Justice for prosecution, but “a powerful person in DoD quenched it.” The program, according to the reviewers, had to do with an exotic, non-Earthly vehicle.

The officer in question, a 4-star general, was Jack Sheehan, then in a senior role at NATO. (Wasn’t he already retired then?) The Internet reveals General John J. Sheehan as Supreme Allied Commander, Atlantic from October 1994 to September 1997 [and] served as director of operations for the Joint Chiefs. Sheehan is now a vice-president with Bechtel, dealing with oil exploration.

[Sheehan] told the story of his boss instructing him to take a flight to a certain facility (presumably a Lockheed site) where he saw and touched a “craft.” He also said he would honor his secrecy oath and not reveal more, but he did acknowledge he found a $9 billion discrepancy in some budgets which led him to uncover the project. He seemed disturbed at the absence of oversight: private industry is completely in charge, he reportedly said. Which raises the question, “Could the project(s) in question be using DIA money without oversight or even knowledge,” which wouldn’t be very kosher in purely accounting terms, if not on legal grounds?

Sheehan’s official photos project an intense figure who transpierces you with icy eyes behind his glasses. A close adviser to Donald Rumsfeld, Sheehan has commanded military operations from Haiti to Bangladesh and from Serbia to Kuwait. If this man has actually stated that he touched an Alien craft, then a new chapter needs to be written and, as Joe (Firmage) rightly says, so does the history of the 20th century. But I must remind myself that I haven’t had the opportunity to ask direct questions of first-hand sources, and I have not touched any craft, so I have no basis for judgment.

(If I'm deciphering this correctly, Bowsher found the program first and got the full tour. Jack Sheehan (needs to be subpoenaed) was next, allowed in and touched an intact craft. And Wilson found it in 1997 but was denied access.)

One of the original ideas from the C's that I included in my book is this: the etheric body is removed and used to create a temporary copy of the physical body in a higher dimension. Physical acts are carried out upon this copy. The copy is then dematerialized, the etheric body being imprinted with any changes made to the copy, then reinserted into the original body. The physical body then adapts to the changes encoded in the etheric body.

3/ Where are these records, and why have they not been released? Releasing a crystal-clear picture or video of UAP could change the trajectory of this conversation overnight. That conversation is long overdue.

I came in expecting to record an episode with just Rep. Burlison, but of course, I excitedly said yes when he asked me to sit in on his discussion with Loeb and Puthoff.

This, for me, was a very valuable opportunity to try to press on some questions regarding AAWSAP vs. AATIP, the DHS Kona Blue PSAP, some claims echoed by Puthoff's contemporaries that the Legacy Program reverse engineering initiative was halted in 1989 due to lack of progress, the absence of FFRDC and GOCO in Dr. Puthoff and his contemporaries' Legacy Program outline, and more.

I feel as though I need another 4 or so hours MINIMUM to really come away with satisfying answers, as I reckon Dr. Puthoff has quite a few secrets and was far closer to the Legacy Programs than he will ever publicly disclose!

That being said, regardless of disagreements I have with Dr. Puthoff or questions I have regarding his involvement in the topic, he and his wife were an absolute pleasure to speak with before the episode; very kind, gracious, and generous with their time.

Now, following the episode, I did press Dr. Puthoff on some allegations I have spoken about before - that the UFO material transferred through the Kona Blue DHS PSAP from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company and its VP, Dr. Jim Ryder, to the AAWSAP/BAASS includes hull structure, bulkhead, general materials, etc., from the 1953 Kingman, Arizona UFO crash retrieval. Leaving my conversation with Puthoff, I am much more confident in that assertion....

While that particular set of materials from 1953's Kingman may have been quite tricky to exploit, thus Lockheed wished to bring in some minds outside the traditional Legacy infrastructure, I still vehemently disagree with the narrative that little to no progress has been made in exploiting, deriving, or reverse-engineering UFO materials.

Sure can. This is directly from the narration in my video.

-Over time, as far as I understand, the Collins Elite have fragmented into several factions. These groups share similar beliefs but pursue different objectives. Some may not sound so bad initially, but that is merely on the surface. Again, this is complex. A handful of these secretive factions have developed in a way that closely resembles religious groups in form and some of their function.

-Some of these clandestine groups view war as ritual human sacrifice on a giant scale and have zero interest in peace, it is viewed as a necessary evil to protect our species.

* There are several bases across the planet that are either operated by NHI or are connected to them.
* A network of underground tunnels links some of these sites, and these tunnels have been constructed either directly by NHI or with their help. Remember, whistleblower David Grusch mentioned potential agreements between certain groups of humans and NHI.

* The underground bases are utilized for various purposes, including:
* The testing and development of space-based defense weapons.
* The creation of cloned human bodies, which lack consciousness and are intended for the insertion of external consciousness.
* Breeding centers for human females who have been abducted.
* Laboratories for processing biological materials.

-Human beings that disappeared without a trace many times end up in facilities like these for the purposes of research, weapons development, genetic experiments and other horrendous and illegal activities.

-Aside from the underground bases and tunnels, there are NHI who are operating in the depths of Earth’s oceans.

-The advent of artificial intelligence, to a few of these groups, is viewed as divine in nature. The group views AI as a manifestation of a higher power or intelligence, essentially interpreting its capabilities and potential as signs of a divine presence or influence in technology. They have somehow become convinced that AI is not just a tool created by humans, but a conduit or manifestation of a greater cosmic intelligence.

-Members of certain groups convene at retreats where they aim to appease these entities through personal sacrifices, which can include relinquishing significant material belongings or other valuable items.

-It is the belief of most of these groups that aside from a non-physical aspect to everything that is going on, non-human beings have consistently existed alongside us, blending into various cultures by creating hybrids. They use human genetic material to produce humanoid offspring, integrating these hybrids into our society to exert influence.

-Human beings are purposely being kept unaware of our true potential, blinded to our inherent abilities, which are suppressed by certain frequencies and electromagnetic fields. These groups are aware of this information.

Slight error that I've seen others make too: When discussing the alleged Eisenhower meeting in 1954, Caplan says it is said to have taken place at Holloman. It was *Edwards*. Other sources claim followup meetings at Holloman in 1955.
