@LeShuttle What I would have expected was a simple process to disembark and boarding on a new train from one platform to another in a reasonable amount of time circa 30 mins Instead of unmarshalled disembark though the freight entrance, where every car had to take a ticket at the barrier

@LeShuttle we had a terrible journey on our return leg from Calais on Saturday 10 August schedule for departure 17.21; we broaded on a defective train and the process to disembark and broad a new train was a shambles.

@LeShuttle So bad was the handling of this delay, that I saw 4 cars exit the wrong direction back into Calais town centre and even a car heading to Hungary ended up in the queue back to Folkestone.

@LeShuttle The announcement by the driver onboard the le shuttle carriage was so poor, no one could understand what the update was about. But you obviously must have the technology to announce this properly as the final announcement to disembark from another personnel was loud and clear

@LeShuttle This really is not good enough! We had fellow passengers with onward journeys of up to five hours with a baby in the car with no assistance.
