@Lucy_cat_lady I've received mine today. It has increased by 27.5% from £851.76 to £1,085.88. I'm in the process of putting a complaint in; the letter doesn't even provide any justification save that they want to invest £13 billion over the next 5 years - but only from our pockets not theirs!

Over 30 min wait for food via drive through, with no indication of wait. Staff moved to other sites to keep costs down leaving only 3 kitchen; managers won't even come to the phone.

@alexotism @TerribleMaps I'm red/green colour blind. I genuinely thought the first map was a joke where they just used one colour... I can easily distinguish the colours you've used, so thank you, but some people are considerably more colour blind than me and may not; I can't speak for them.
