A horrific experience. I ordered Veg Tiranga from Pune Gate and received an eaten bone in the veg curry. This was a traumatising experience as my mom is completely vegetarian. Zomato returned the money but such mismanagement and lack of quality is unacceptable. #HotelPuneGate
