Brentwood is so close to Nashville which is a good or bad thing depending the person!

I live in Knoxville and it’s amazing. I lived in a smaller town nearby growing up and my friends that have lived in both say Nashville/Franklin/Brentwood is just a high cost of living Knoxville.

UT fandom here though is NUTS as well

@antibearthesis $HOOD is better in the long term I think. Trump accounts make it here to stay for the next 20 years or so and they seem to be shipping more compared to $SoFi.

$SoFi does seem to have more room to grow as well.

I keep making more money year after year and I’m still trying to increase my income to invest more but something feels naive about that plan.

Freedom is all I want, and I’ve even built small time companies to get me out of my day job which I find they eat up more of my time.

Gotta keep trying!

@drayinvests I really don’t like the sound of being a millionaire at 65. I do actively invest my money but having all your money end game doesn’t seem ideal.
