@British_Airways I am trying to use a voucher from earlier this year for a cancelled avios booking. There appears to be no way to use it without calling. When I call, the prerecorded message says not to hold unless urgent. Is there any way to book with voucher other than calling?

@LloydsBank Have refunds started being issued for section 75 claims over the collapse of Flybe? Filled out a claim form in early March but have not received any communication since there. Realise things are difficult but want to make sure it was actually received.
@LloydsBank I tried before contacting you. All it did was send me the link to the claim form 4 times. Apparently there is no human interaction on it now

Guard on 1635 WAT-SOA @SW_Help service failed to release some doors on arrival trapping my sister on board. No announcement & no short platform at SOA anyway. She & several others had to go to SOU instead.SOU staff's attitude dismissive& unsympathetic blaming pax.Not good enough
