..f time is that I literally had nothing planned most days. Said no to meeting people. Said no to stretching myself or my bedtime. That’s the only reason I’m really happy (felt like I had a chance to sit down) and not panicked like I would be if I had gone away somewhere.

@CarinaLHong I personally think it’s a luxury to be able to do that. Like yes it’s tough but it’s also a totally fulfilling experience, like physical exercise (of the right kind).
Getting time to workout, getting time to do math, to meditate - it is a luxury.
