Game 4: Spurs +14 (Spurs win)

Spurs have a +17 disparity through 4 games and had a double digit advantage in both wins.

Thunder playing terrible, but Apurs fouling multiple times on each possession and getting away with it and the league brought in Scott Foster to make sure this goes to back to OKC tied.

But Thunder has overcome worse so we’ll see.
