Update: My wheelchair vendor has still not received approval yet from @AirCanada to begin replacement of my wheelchair.
So although AC told me confirmed in email I could replace, nothing has changed. I’m still waiting.
This nightmare continues. After a 12hr flight home I waited anxiously to receive my wheelchair @aircanada had already damaged.
I was told that my wheelchair was lost & had not been loaded on the flight. I was told my wheelchair didnt make it to toronto
