So when the virus enters the body, some virions goes to sites like the nerves and lay domant there periodically coming out and replicate. Drugs cant reach these sites easily

Unfortunately, PrEP cannot prevent other STIs eg chlamydia, syphillis, & pregnancy. NB main target are those at risk already indulging

For example, we know that the medication used for PrEP can treat hepatitis B infection, hence PrEP may be actually beneficial yo these patients.

1) kuzadza chibhuku mayb the right treament for the patient eg in acute asthma you may need antibiotic, steroid, 2 different types of inhalers, patient may need nebulization
