@joshscampbell why don’t they do geofencing to get the phone number of the cell phone that appears to be poking out of his hoody pocket? They can geo- fence a 12 ft radius, at the time in question and get the number of the perpetrator. #NancyGuthrieKidnapping #NancyGuthrie
