@MrKitMath I've felt this way off and on for the past 5 years. I appreciate the dialogue of support and options in this thread but I'd love to hear more ideas about staying and making discipline interventions and grading more manageable. Thank you for opening this forum @MrKitMath .

@EulersNephew 50 minute classes, 7 periods a day, one is used for prep. I'm currently researching alternative schedules and this thread has some interesting arrangements to look further into. Thanks for starting the conversation!
