@jjphotos_jeremy @foodolojist @TimAllenChef I’m a little 😬with my brittle..! I think I took it off too soon&then it burnt a little in the pan. I’ve picked those bits out, but it seems very crumbly. Tastes great though 👍🏻. I couldn’t get the vinaigrette much thicker so I’m rolling with that too
